Policies

No gum chewing.

Proper dance attire and shoes must be worn in all classes.  This
includes any color leotard and tights.  The teacher must see the
dancers body to enable correct alignment and placement of the
dancers.   
Hair must be neat and clean.  Long hair should be tied off the face and
neck.  
General hygiene is promoted.
Only dancers are allowed in the dance area

Waiting Room and Dressing Room Policies

1. Students should come to class no earlier than fifteen minutes
prior to their first class.

2. Students must remain in the dressing rooms at all times while
waiting for their class to begin.

3. No loud horseplay will be allowed.


4. Students must clean up any mess made by snacking.

5. Students who plan to stay at the studio during a time lapse
between two of his/her classes must bring an activity to occupy
themselves until their next class.

6. Please notify us if you wish your child go downstairs to be picked
up after class.  Otherwise we will keep them upstairs until an adult
picks them up.

7. Please remember to label anything that is kept in the dressing
rooms.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Class Advancement Policies

1. Classes are offered in all phases of dance levels from beginners
thru advanced.
2. Students are advanced on an individual basis depending on their
ability and attitude.   

3. Students that are the same age does not mean that students are
at the same developmental level.

4. Please allow the classes in which your child is placed to be
entirely the decision of his/her teacher.  This will be an advantage
to your child.

Payment Policies

1. Monthly tuition payments must be paid on the first class of every
month.  
2. Their is a 25.00 dollar charge on all checks returned from the
bank.

3. No refunds or credits will be given for missed lessons.  Your
child will be give a weekly make up date to take class on a different
night if there is an absence.

4. There is a 20.00 per family registration fee.

5. Tuition paid after the 10th of the month will be charged a late fee.
   

Recital Policies

1. During recital season attendance is of the utmost importance.   
2. Be alert of bills sent home for costumes, tuition, shoes an other
fees.  This is important to have paid before the show otherwise the
student will not receive their costume.   

3.Keep recital costumes neat and ironed before and after the show.
 Recital will more than likely not be the only time they wear their
recital costumes.

Technical Rehearsal

1. No costumes or make up.
2.Everyone first meets in the auditorium for instructions.

3.Please make sure you have proper dance shoes.

Dress Rehearsal

1. Full costume/ make up/ hair.
2. Do not bring students to the dress rehearsal in their costume.

3. Picture taking and videos are allowed but on this night ONLY.

Shows

1. Students must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night
shows.

2. Students may  not enter the auditorium on show nights.  

3.Everyone occupying a seat must have a ticket.
